Jeffrey Adelglass, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the Founder and Medical/Surgical Director of SKINTASTIC Medical and Surgical Rejuvenation Centers. Dr. Adelglass is a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His vast surgical experience ranges from cosmetic surgical procedures (face lifts, SmartLipo MPX laser bodysculpting, natural fat breast and buttocks enhancement, and blepharoplasty procedures) to internal structural and muscular surgeries of the ear, nose, throat, and sinuses.
Dr. Adelglass has over 30 years of surgical/aesthetic experience, and serves on the National Education Committee for Botox®, along with the scientific advisory boards of most U.S. dermal filler companies (Allergan, Medicis and Merz). SKINTASTIC was envisioned and created by Dr. Adelglass as a new type of state-of-the-art medical spa, offering scientific breakthrough technologies combined with specialized aesthetic training and careful artistry. Dr. Adelglass and his large aesthetic and surgical staff are often able to achieve very dramatic corrections that offer little-to-no downtime and recovery, by combining these new, highly-effective therapies and minimally-invasive surgical options.
Dr. Adelglass is often called ‘Dr. Botox’ by his patients that come to him for their beauty injectable treatments. Dr. Adelglass was selected by Allergan to serve on the National Education Committee to teach other physicians his techniques for safely administering BOTOX® Cosmetic to achieve the most effective, long-lasting results. Other popular injectables offered at Skintastic are Dysport® and Xeomin® (alternatives to Botox®), Restylane®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, and Sculptra® dermal fillers.
Howard F. McKay
MSN, RN, FNP-C, CPNP-AC
Howard is a double-board certified nurse practitioner with over 27 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic industry. He was formerly the Director of Advanced Practice Services at Children’s Health with oversight of over 350 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Howard established the Trauma Nurse Practitioner role at Children’s Health and was actively involved in the success of the organization becoming the first pediatric level one trauma center in the state of Texas.

In 2009, Howard received recognition and was awarded the title as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Great 100 Nurses for being a role model, leader, community servant, compassionate caregiver, and significant contributor to the nursing profession. He has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor for 10 years in the Nurse Practitioner Graduate Program at the University of Texas at Arlington and had the honor of serving an 8-year term on the National Committee for Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. As a committee member, Howard published education modules and provided item content for the test questions that are utilized on the National Board Certification Exam for Nurse Practitioners.

Since 1995, Howard has trained under some of the leading aesthetic plastic surgeons in the country and has maintained an aesthetic clinic in both full-time and part-time capacities. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Howard’s career in now focused on wellness, regenerative and aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectable treatments.
